Many traders like to only follow a certain universe, or subset of stocks, commodities, or currency pairs when they trade. StockTwits allows you to do this with the Portfolio Stream. With the Portfolio Stream, you are able to filter out and view messages about a portfolio of ticker symbols that you choose.

How to Set Up and Use the Portfolio Stream

Setting Up the Stream

  1. Login to StockTwits w/ your Twitter Credentials.
  2. Click on the “My Portfolio” button on the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Enter in symbols that you wish to add to your StockTwits Portfolio, separated with a space or comma. Enter just the symbols, no preceding “$” is needed.
