While emojis are fun and light, they can often be more expressive about sentiment and emotion than words; and we are seeing more and more of this on StockTwits as younger investors start to engage more in the stock market.

We took a look back at almost 100,000 emojis posted on StockTwits over the last year to see which ones are used the most often and how these differ between bearish and bullish messages.
