Temporary New User Limitations

Twitter has confirmed to us that there is likely a bug on their end that is preventing StockTwits from immediately following back everyone who follows us.
As a result, we are currently limited to following new users at a rate less than we are gaining new followers.
The method that we use to include community members in the StockTwits stream is based on 1. members using the $ tags and 2. that we are following them on Twitter.
So, there are new members who are currently unable to post to the stream.
We are working with Twitter to fix the bug which is preventing us from following some new users and we expect this to be resolved shortly.
To those of you who have signed up recently and are unable to tweet to the StockTwits stream, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you remain patient while this gets resolved.
