The CME Group, the world’s leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, will launch 3 new E-micro Forex Futures Contracts on December 19 and they will begin trading on December 20th.
The new contracts include $CADUSD, $CHFUSD and $JPYUSD and bring the total number of E-micro Forex futures products offered by The CME Group to 9.
These contracts represent 1/10th the size of corresponding FX contracts and allow for added accessibility to the retail trader.
There is a growing appetite for trading Forex and the increased flexibility of these smaller sized contracts, that come backed by a central clearinghouse, is something traders can use to hedge their portfolios.
