Q4 Web Systems Partners with StockTwits to Enhance Direct Communications by Public Companies
- January 31st, 2012
Q4 has integrated StockTwits Investor Communications Solutions as a part of its offering to public companies in order to capitalize on the growing trend of establishing direct communication and engagement between public companies and their shareholders.
The integration allows StockTwits and Q4 to meet the growing demand of public companies to communicate with investors in real time.
Companies such as Teekay Corporation, Ryder Systems, Inc, Shuffle Master Inc., and Vical Inc. are utilizing Q4′s customizable IR website as well as StockTwits’ Investor Communications Solutions to optimize investor relations activities.
The StockTwits Investor Communications Solutions integration with Q4 facillitates engagement between public companies and their investors through:
- Broad Distribution – Company news and information appended with the StockTwits $ Cashtag is disseminated to an audience of more than 40 million across the StockTwits community, broad social networks and the financial web.
- Live Investor Events – Public companies can use the StockTwits platform as part of official earnings announcements to distribute real-time information and communicate with investors.
- Disclaimers and Compliance – IR departments can append disclaimers to social messages and links to third party sites, ensuring compliance.
- Performance Metrics – Users can also access performance metrics to measure the reach, impressions and click-through activity of their messaging campaigns.
